An Aura is our energy magnetic field that is invisible and can be felt by others. However, it constantly affects our environment and is also our "inner voice".
The heart's magnetic field is the electromagnetic center around the heart and is produced by our human body. It is the strongest rhythmic field and can be measured or detected several feet away from another person close by; perhaps you can sense someone's positive energy, or they can sense yours.
This is our heart's electromagnetic field.

What energies are you clinging on to?
What energies are you projecting or taking in?
Do you wake up feeling happy or unhappy?
Incoherence:
Vibrating on a lower frequency; descending emotions such as anger, shame, stress, fear, self-hate, shame, heartache, guilt, jealousy, or doubt feel heavy in our hearts and weigh us down.
Coherence:
Vibrating on a higher frequency; ascending emotions feel lighter in our hearts; we feel energetic, positive, happier, trust, self-love, serene, optimistic and loving life much more.
An incoherent heart rhythm displays a nonharmonic wave signal.
A coherent heart rhythm indicates a harmonic wave signal.
According to researchers at HeartMath, when there is coherence between heart, mind and emotions, there's synergy. The energy is aligned and not wasted, allowing the energy to manifest intentions.
In contrast, when the heart shows incoherent patterns, these
emotions can lead our body to operate in such a way that will weaken our energy. The lower frequency emotions can have a huge impact on our health if these emotions continue for an extended period or are experienced frequently.
As human beings, we can exchange energy with one another.
Energy can be infectious.
Are you aware of the energies that surround you?
Is your energy being transformed or transferred?
Think of a time you had a conversation with someone and felt really good about it. After that, you look forward to connecting with that person again. How about a time you interacted in a social setting, and it was not so good? What was that like? Overwhelmed? Drained?
If you're sensitive to energy, it is so vital to not give up on your own energy or give your energy away by giving and giving to others, burning yourself out. Some people are "energy vampires," and it can be anyone. These are people who subconsciously love to feed off of negative thinking and patterns.
Once we become more self-aware, we learn to trust the energy inside of us and protect our energy environment. There are many powerful ways to protect your energy. It starts with awareness: Are we addicted to good or bad energy? How is your life currently impacted by it all?
I am confident I was an "energy vampire" throughout my life, unknowingly, draining my own energy and allowing it in without boundaries. However, the more I became aware, the more I learned to shield my energy in my own sanctuary.
Psychogenic pain is when there is emotional stress that could be linked to physical pain, although this term is not an official diagnostic term.
Disclaimer:
I am not a doctor to diagnose a client and have no scientifical research background on this matter.
These are based on my own reading, experiences, and beliefs.
It was exhausting and excruciating to my well-being; "patient burnout" was what I was experiencing. The burnout between patient-physician was hindering compassion and effective communication. As a patient, I felt hopeless and drained, almost gave up in an attempt of despair. The process of scheduling appointments and bouncing between different specialists only led me to what felt like a dead-end. I was in a painful dilemma.
I started to look inward to understand my body's messages better; becoming my own holistic healer. The only thing left to do then, during these painful hours and after all avenues had been exhausted, was to be still with the mind. When night became day and day became night, I continued to meditate in this trance with a broken body. The only two things I had with me and control over were my breath and mind; meditation practices from Metta Monastery, and it profoundly impacted my healing. As I continued to meditate, I started visiting the Chinese Acupuncturist and a Thai Masseuse. I truly believe that meditation and praying are what saved my soul - healing requires more than one tool to create new energy through mind simulation and empowerment.
This moment felt like my body and the universe was forcing me to self-assess my emotions and environment during this time. As I slowly eased my way back into life, I had to truly protect the noises that were happening around me; anything that created stress, I became better at not keeping those things around. I knew I wanted to live life much more and differently. This all physically prepared me to go full force on better caring for the mind.
I am a true believer that the mind can heal the body, especially when told there were no cures to most of the physical pain I was experiencing.
When everything outside of us can't give us answers, we look inside.
There's a transformational shift happening outside of us at a very fast rate; we must learn how to manage and adapt to the changes internally.
According to researchers, positive vibrations can boost our immune system, and negative vibrations can create chaos in our nervous system.
"Stress is a chemical, it causes the blood vessels to shut down, if you understand epigenetics... you can heal yourself without drugs. It's really an adjustment of consciousness, not an adjustment of your biology. The brain is the chemist, you change the picture, you change the chemistry. Positive thinking is equally powerful to affecting your biology. Negative or positive thinking shapes our biology; the body has an ability to heal itself." - Dr. Bruce Lipton
According to 2021 polls: Stress levels are becoming more overwhelming due to the shifts in the recent years and nearly 80% of people
are experiencing emotional stress that is impacting their physical health.

The law of vibration is primary to the law of attraction.
How do you vibrate? What are you attracting/attracted to? Are your chakras unbalanced and have blockages that need to be released?
When you're feeling emotionally imbalanced, your chakras are out of alignment.

Sustaining vibrations create a high level of self-awareness and keeping it at that level leads to harmony in your philosophical life.
Maintaining is to keep up with vibrations; this is where our behaviors do not align with our beliefs.
In Sanskrit, chakra translates to wheel or cycle; our human body is an energetic system with 7 spiritual chakra powers.
In Eastern cultures, the movement of energy into and around our bodies has power over our state of mind and, consequently, our actions as well. When we practice chakra alignment, our bodies regulate the flow of life force energies. When our chakras flow freely and operate as an integrated whole, we feel more grounded, performing at our optimum level mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually.
Muladhara - Root Chakra
The first chakra is at the base of your spine and the Sanskrit name translates to "root or base" chakra.
It is your foundation of existence, connecting to earth and basic survival needs. It supports you feeling grounded and confident in this world.
It is vital to financial security and stability, when the spiritual impact is "spacey", we become too attached to things of the physical world.
Svadhisthana - Sacral Chakra
The second chakra is below your belly button, and the Sanskrit name translates as "to sweeten, belly or spleen".
It is the strongest connection to the outer world and concerned with change; how we connect to our own emotions and accept emotions of others.
(artistically, academically, sexuality, relationships, and pleasure)
When this is blocked; you may deprive yourself of simple pleasures and deny the desire for it. You may not enjoy music, food or sensual pleasures.
Manipura - Solar Plexus Chakra
The third chakra is located in the upper abdomen area near the stomach and the Sanskrit name translates to "command or gem".
This chakra is concerned with your personal power; trusting and accepting your intuition.
It is associated with your emotional stability, confidence in your abilities, independence, willpower, self-worthiness, and relating to the world around you.
When this chakra is blocked, you may feel overly sensitive, unworthy of being loved, and your ability to do things you truly desire for your own life is lacking.
Anahata - Heart Chakra
The fourth chakra is behind your breastbone, above your heart and is at the center of your chest and often referred to as the "heart" chakra.
The Sanskrit name translates to "unhurt, or unstruck". Our will is to engage (in the third chakra) and direct the love (fourth chakra) to those around us.
The ability to openness to love, to be inspired, compassionate and forgiving -- to love unconditionally gives us a great sense of inner peace. When this chakra is "off", there is no inner peace, or you feel isolated, lonely, and feel no deep connection with others, denying those around them empathy.
Vishuddha - Throat Chakra
The fifth chakra is located at the base of and rests in your throat, and the Sanskrit name translates to "pure".
It presents your ability to effectively express/communicate with honesty and for your inner thoughts to be heard.
To speak your truth and convey your needs without being hurtful and provide the ability to "pick up" on the thoughts of others.
When blocked, you are talkative and speaking with no purpose or anything in particular. As a result, you feel isolation, depression, dishonesty, or loneliness.
Ajna - Third Eye Chakra
The sixth chakra is right between your eyes at the center of your head and the Sanskrit meaning is "beyond wisdom".
Anja signifies the subconscious mind, where the conscious and unconscious minds meet.
It has the power to become more aware; deeply understand the meaning and challenges in our world, affecting your intuition and imagination. Allowing you to visualize positive impacts on your surroundings, improving the quality of your life and the lives of others, with the power of your mind.
To keep this chakra open and aligned, you must cultivate it in silence and ground yourself.
When this chakra is "off" a person can appear as fixed or narrow-minded in their thinking, causing them to feel uncomfortable if it's beyond their tunnel vision.
Sahasrara - Crown Chakra
The seventh chakra is located at the top of your head and the Sanskrit name translates to "thousandfold" referencing the number of lotus petals in this chakra.
It is the center of enlightenment, connecting us with the divine and spiritually connecting the eternal nature of our thought processes.
The crown chakra's energy brings consciousness to the highest level, a person demonstrating they have mastered the challenges of all other chakras.
When this chakra is blocked, you become spiritually disconnected and untethered or "cut off" from the universe, which can be dangerous.
Don't be alarmed; this is not a skill that can be developed easily; we all start off unskillfully.
Through daily practices of meditation, prayer, and gratitude, you can form better connections to your chakras and become more skillful.
Note:
There are many different chakras explanations on the web based on my readings and apprehensions.
I became much more informed of energy lines and how it is connected to inner stress. The Thai masseuse implemented the traditional "sen energy lines" that are conduits. The word "sen" are lines or pathways. This is a Thai healing energy system; the masseuse is thumbing through the energy lines of the body, using hot stones to diffuse areas of the body that reduces the stiffness and bodily pain. Also incorporating acupressure in the process. This technique connects and moves sensations from one place to another allowing for prana to flow. Prana is a Sanskrit word that translates to "vital energy" or "life force".
Tea and nature are high in vibrations; these are also contributing factors of my physical energy healing. An understanding of flow with the energies around us; balancing the emotions, mind, body and spirit is crucial for optimal wellness. Tea contributes to our peace of mind, helping us manifest good energies by balancing our mental, emotional, and physical during sips of each cup. I share this journey as a means to encourage you to understand more about your body as a whole and explore holistically.
This experienced helped me understand the five elements (wood, fire, earth, metal and water) and the properties of these elements, as everything in the universe comes from them. The tradition of these five elements of nature is movement or change phases. It is based on the understanding of cyclical flow of vital energy, known as "Qi" or "Chi". These five elements can be described as phases of life that we are flowing through and must work together to enable our Mind, Body and Spirit to nourish or flourish an element. When these elements are overactive (deficient in expression) or counteractive (against the natural flow in an adverse condition), the elements tend to disrupt the energetic balance, resulting from poor manifestation.
Plutchik presented a psychoevolutionalry theory categorizing eight core emotional responses ordered in opposite pairs and responses.
Joy, Sadness, Trust, Disgust, Fear, Anger, Surprise and Anticipation.
